" Slices of soft Brie cheese with fresh basil leaves and RR Italian Peppers served on grilled Italian bread " - Rose Romano


1 tbsp of Olive Oil

Italian Bread

2 tbsp of RR Italian Peppers

4-6 large fresh Basil Leaves

4-6 slices (4 oz.) of Brie Cheese


In a small pan, add 1 TBS olive oil and grill only one side of each slice of Italian bread.

Cut 4-6 slices (4 oz.) of Brie cheese and align on grilled side of one slice of bread.

Add 4-6 large fresh basil leaves and top with 2 TBS of RR Italian Peppers.

Place other piece of bread, grilled side down.
