"Italian triple layered breakfast sandwich: fluffy folded farm fresh eggs, thinly sliced cured Sopresatta ham and melted Fontina cheese, topped with RR Italian Peppers on lightly toasted Italian Bread" - Rose Romano


3 Eggs

1 tbsp of Olive Oil

3 pieces of Italian Bread

1 tbsp of RR Italian Peppers

2-3 slices of Sopresatta Ham

2 slices of Fontina Cheese


Scramble three eggs and cook in a pan with 1 TBS olive oil in order to have two pieces of egg that can be folded.

Lightly toast three pieces of Italian Bread.

Assemble sandwich: one piece of bread, 1 TBS RR Italian Peppers, one piece of folded egg, 2-3 slices Sopresatta ham, two slices Fontina cheese, second slice of toast and repeat the ingredients for assembly.

Reheat in pan with cover or microwave 20-30 seconds to melt cheese.
