"Grilled slices of seasoned sweet onions with melted aged cheddar cheese and topped with RR Italian Peppers" - Rose Romano


2 large Sweet Onions

2 tbsp of Olive Oil

4 oz. of Aged Cheddar

1 tbsp of RR Italian Peppers



Peel two large sweet onions and cut in ½ inch thick slices.

Season both sides of onion slices with 2 TBS olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

In a large pan on medium low heat, grill onions until golden brown, turning over once keeping the slices intact.

Place on serving dish and top with a generous portion of aged cheddar cheese (4 oz.) and the desired amount of heated RR Italian Peppers.

Reheat in microwave on high for one minute to melt the cheese.
