Pork Chops Pellaro Recipe

"Baked breaded center cut pork chops and fresh melted Fontina cheese, topped with RR Italian Peppers" - Rose Romano


1 Egg with 1 tbsp Water

2 center cut Pork Chops (6 oz)

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs

4 oz. of Fontina Cheese

RR Italian Peppers


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a flat dish scramble one egg with 1 TBS water.

Coat the two center cut pork chops (6 oz. each) with egg mixture and do the same with ½ cup bread crumbs.

In a small skillet, add 2 TBS of olive oil, use medium high heat, wait until hot and brown the pork chops on each side for 2 minutes.

Transfer pork chops to a lightly greased baking dish and bake in oven uncovered for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Place slices of Fontina cheese (4 oz.) on pork chops. Top with desired amount of heated RR Italian Peppers.
