"Baked potato stuffed with fresh mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, topped with RR Italian Peppers" - Rose Romano


1 medium White Potato

1 tbsp of Olive Oil

1 tsp of Parmesan Cheese

2 tbsp of RR Italian Peppers

2-3 slices of Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheeses



Bake medium size white potato in oven or microwave.

Cut the potato down the length and squeeze the ends to “open” the potato.

Drizzle 1 TBS olive oil and sprinkle 1 tsp Parmesan cheese on the inside of potato, add 1-2 slices each mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and top with 2 TBS of RR Italian Peppers.

Reheat in microwave 30-60 seconds to melt the cheese.
